Things to do during your Pembrokeshire camping holiday

If this is your first visit to Pembrokeshire, you're in for a very pleasant surprise. There's lots to see and do - or you can just enjoy the campsite, chill out and read a book from our book exchange.

Some of the things you can do while staying at Ty Parke
  • Explore St David's, the UK's smallest city - about 10 minutes drive from here
  • Walk the coastal path - the nearest start point from here is Porthgain
  • Bask on, swim or surf from some of the finest beaches in the UK
  • Coasteer or kayak around one of the most dramatic coastlines in the world
  • Ride the cycle trail, which is just a short distance from the campsite
  • Visit art and craft galleries and take home a little piece of Pembrokeshire
  • Take a walk through our five-acre nature trail where you'll see a great variety of flora and fauna
  • Relax and unwind, enjoy the campsite, a cosy camp fire, a good book, family, friends, the big sky, the peace and the quiet

Have a look at the Pembrokeshire Links page for details of places where you can try coasteering, kayaking or surfing. You can also hire wet suits on the beach at Whitesands and Newgale for a very reasonable price. A wet suit lets you stay in the sea all day without freezing to death!
